The most cost-effective and sleek Dragon series is the Dragon Ice, which hosts a hybrid geometry. The blades are thinner than the Classic series, but maintain a firm weighted balance thanks to the full tang that is enclosed within an ergonomic G10 handle (that is also dishwasher safe). Like all the Dragon knives, Ice hosts BD1N nitrogen steel, the fine-grained metal with 63 HRC Rockwell hardness promising a razor-sharp blade with superior edge retention.
