Ship your dull knives to us — we’ll send them back sharper than ever. The only thing you need to worry about is getting packed up safely and then shipped to Mr. Sharpe. The sharpening fee includes; our expert level sharpening and covers the cost for shipping your knives back to you.

Turnaround Time:
1 business day turnaround from the day knives are received and inspected (shipping time, our non-operational days, and Sunday's not included)
Shipping Responsibility:
Customer is responsible for shipping knives to Mr. Sharpe
Mr. Sharpe covers return shipping back to the customer
Packaging Requirements:
Customer is responsible for properly packaging knives for safe transport. We recommend USPS (flat rate) or UPS
Mr. Sharpe is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging
Please refer to our packing guide and/or instructional video for proper packaging instructions
Shipping Risk:
Customer assumes responsibility for knives during inbound shipping
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Accepted Items:
Service applies to standard kitchen knives only
No tools, axes, machetes, or non-kitchen blades
Knife Condition:
Knives with excessive damage (chips, cracks, broken tips) may require additional service or may be refused
Customer will be notified prior to any additional charges
Liability:
Mr. Sharpe is not responsible for pre-existing damage to knives
Sharpening removes material and may expose underlying weaknesses in the blade
Address Accuracy:
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses
Subscriptions:
Subscription orders are billed automatically based on selected frequency
Customers may pause, skip, or cancel prior to the next billing cycle
No refunds once an order has been processed or shipped
