Send us your dull knives. We'll send them back sharp.

Choose your package and we'll mail you everything you need — protective sheets for each blade, simple instructions, and a prepaid shipping label. Sheathe your knives, roll the envelope up, tape it, and drop it in the mail. Shipping is on us, both directions.

Most knives are sharpened within a day of reaching our bench. Door to door, expect about a week.

What we sharpen

Kitchen knives of every shape — chef, santoku, paring, utility, boning, cleavers, bread and other serrated blades, Japanese and Western — plus kitchen shears.

You don't need to know what kind of knife you own. Send your normal kitchen knives and our team will work out the rest.

Terms

Turnaround: about a week door to door. Most knives are sharpened within one business day of arriving at our bench. Transit time, Sundays and holidays are not included.
Shipping: Mr. Sharpe provides and pays for shipping in both directions.
Packing: you pack your own knives using the sheets and instructions supplied. Please follow the packing guide — we can't be responsible for damage caused by improper packing.
Repairs: small chips and rolled edges are included. A broken tip, a bent blade, or a full re-profile needs extra work — we'll send you a photo and a price before we touch it.
Accepted items: kitchen knives and kitchen shears only. No tools, axes, machetes, pocket knives or non-kitchen blades. Pocket knives and tools are welcome at the shop or a drop-off location.
Condition: knives with severe damage may need additional work or may be returned unsharpened. We'll always contact you first.
Package limits: each package covers up to the number of knives you selected.
