How long does sharpening take?

For in-shop drop-offs, most blades are ready same-day or within 24 hours. Mail-in knives are typically sharpened within 48 hours of arrival. Mobile sharpening is completed on-site during your appointment.

What kinds of tools do you sharpen?

We sharpen all types of kitchen knives, scissors, shears, mandolines, slicer blades, gardening tools, and more. Not sure if we can sharpen it? Just ask.

Do you offer mobile sharpening at homes or just for restaurants?

Both! We serve restaurants, barbers, caterers, and home chefs alike. Our van is fully equipped for residential and commercial stops.

How do I package my knives for mail-in sharpening?

Wrap each blade securely in cardboard or newspaper, place in a sturdy box, and follow our shipping instructions. We’ll provide a packing guide to make it easy and safe.

What if my knife is chipped, damaged, or very dull?

No problem we’ve seen it all. We can restore most blades to a razor-sharp edge, even if they’re chipped, nicked, or neglected.

How long does sharpening take once you receive my knives?

We sharpen and ship your knives within 48 hours of arrival. You’ll get tracking updates every step of the way.

What types of knives can I mail in?

We accept chef’s knives, paring knives, serrated blades, cleavers, boning knives, and more. If it slices, we likely sharpen it.

How should I package my knives for safe shipping?

Wrap each knife individually in cardboard, secure them tightly to prevent movement, and place them in a sturdy box. We’ll send detailed packaging instructions when you book.

Can I mail in damaged or chipped knives?

Yes! We can repair chips, nicks, and dull edges. Just note any serious damage in your order so we can give it extra attention.

How do I get started?

Just book your sharpening, follow the shipping instructions we send, and drop your package at your preferred carrier. We’ll handle the rest.

How long does sharpening take on-site?

Most appointments are completed within 30–60 minutes, depending on the number and type of tools. We sharpen everything on-site during your scheduled window.

Yes we can fix minor chips, dull edges, and uneven bevels on the spot. For heavily damaged blades, we’ll let you know if additional repair is needed.
