  1. We call and count

    A short call to work out how many knives your line actually needs and which day of the week suits your kitchen.

  2. Your first set arrives

    Sharp knives, delivered. Your dull ones go back in the box and come to us.

  3. Two weeks, then you decide

    Run the trial through a couple of real services. If it isn't working, we collect our knives and that's the end of it.

No surprises

The trial is free. After that it's $75 per exchange — the only charge you'll see, unless a knife goes missing and needs replacing. No setup fee, no contract, no minimum term.
